What is Pinnacle Medical Exercise?
Pinnacle Medical Exercise
bridges the gap between fitness and medicine. We offer you specialised
fitness training for medical concerns such as heart conditions,
diabetes, and other difficult situations which demand the expertise of
a qualified clinical exercise physiologist. Each exercise program is
individually designed based on your medical history, health risk
profile assessment, influence of current medications, and any other
variables that may influence your exercise prescription. We
assure your safety by diligently monitoring your heart rate, ecg
rhythm, blood pressure, and blood glucose before, during, and after
exercise. Pinnacle Medical Exercise will work with your physician or
rehabilitation team by carrying out their exercise directives, helping
you regain and maintain your health, vigor, and quality of life. View
